How to run the latest tags for offline muon monitoring

Dear all,

the DQM root files produced by running all Offline POG Monitoring
applications (Muon, EGamma, JetMET) are now available and are accessible
by all on AFS at cern:


where * stands for 20,30,50,80,110. There you can also find the logfiles.

These replace the previously circulated datasets run on limited
statistics that I circulated only to EGamma and JetMET groups
(in the first pass, when I had problems with the Muon code).
So, these samples increase the statistics of what was previously

As you know in CSA08 there will be four type of samples: S43 and S165
scenarios reconstructed with two types of calibrations (the startup one,
and the ones produced during the exercise).

The samples I am circulating now were produced on the S43 - startup
conditions sample.
Soon I'll circulate the S43 samples re-reconstructed with calibrations
obtained form the ALCA exercise run on the sample.
Within our monitoring effort it will be more interesting if, rather than
analyzing the samples individually,  comparisons are made between
physics objects reconstructed in different scenarios.

NB: I made the area where DQM files are world writable/readable, but make
sure you only use it to copy the data locally from where you work, rather
than working in that area.
