Problem solved for running HLTAnalyzer in CMSSW_2_2_6
cmsrel CMSSW_2_2_6
cd CMSSW_2_2_6/src
cmsenv
addpkg HLTrigger/HLTanalyzers
addpkg RecoEgamma/EgammaHLTProducers
addpkg RecoTauTag/ConeIsolation
addpkg RecoTauTag/HLTProducers
scramv1 b

*addpkg get the official version automatically

yes.I mean that the code to read HLT could be the same used for building
HLT ...if the second was 226 the first shuold not come an older CMSSW to
avoid incompatiblity...

yes. 
You could start form ttbar skimmed sample linked in the twiki
https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/CMS/HiggsZZMCsamples
and Zbb and ZZ that will e there in few days.

you could use the same trigger patterns (the OR of them) that we are using
for official skim. They ar elisted in the file

Actually I suggest you use the official skim which is in the package
HiggsAnalysis/Skimming with tag V00-02-17
You could use HiggsAnalysis/Skimming/test/HiggsToZZSkim.py

Then you could check, somwhere in the cms twiki, information about
prescaled trigger that will be used for the first period....I don;t
rememebr the twiki but you could find something in the twiki
