      2. Checking HI Software in CMSSW_1_6_7
      3. HLT(HtoJpsitoMuMu?)
        • J/Psi triggering rate ~ 1% : NEED TO BE CHECKED!!
      4. Off-line reco : Running HI track finder from Vasu and Ference and look for the maching with triggered muons displaced from secondary J/Psi. (Olga's request)

      1. Comparing CSA07 BtoJpsi?.cfg & current B meson Generation.
        1. Runned /afs/cern.ch/user/j/jkim/scratch0/CMSSW_1_6_6/src/SecondaryJpsi/Bgeneration/CSA07/CSA07Bphys_BtoJpsi_GEN_SIM.cfg -> This cfg is official and I chagened comEnergy to 5.5 TeV?, add genParticleCandidates. I tried to do it in batch but failed. So, just 10 events were runned for testing.
      2. Checking HI Software in CMSSW_1_6_7 Done
      3. HLT(HtoJpsitoMuMu?)
        1. cmsRunned SimDig?.cfg with 100events using b100000_genCand_dimufil.root as an source input. Got b100_genCand_dimufil_simdigi.root. This simdigi root file worked with HLT. Checked in lxplus.
      4. Off-line reco (HI track finder) -> The highest CMSSW version that has been tuned and tested for high pT tracking is CMSSW_1_5_4. (Vasu)

      1. Comparing CSA07 BtoJpsi?.cfg & current B meson Generation.
        1. Using CRAB, got 70000 GEN_SIM events(14* 5000 events in /castor/cern.ch/user/j/jkim/crab) within CMSSW_1_8_0_pre7. This events will be used for mixing and HI tracking.
      2. HLT(HtoJpsitoMuMu?)
        1. In MIT, got 10000 GEN_DIGI events in dcache:/pnfs/cmsaf.mit.edu/hibat/cms/users/jkim/b10000_genCand_dimufil_gendigi.root
          dccp b10000_genCand_dimufil_gendigi.root /pnfs/cmsaf.mit.edu/hibat/cms/users/jkim
      3. Checking HI Software in CMSSW_1_6_7
      4. Off-line reco (HI track finder)
      5. NEW Mixing : If I mix B meson to Secondary J/Psi events with HYDJET or PYQUEN background events, need HI tracking for high pT.
        • Necessities :
          • Signal events with the same vertex as background events. (Using CRAB)
          • Background events : Yetkin already made.
          • cfg with mix and HI tracking :
            include "Configuration/StandardSequences/data/Digi.cff" 
            path p = {mix, trDigi, hitracking, p1} 
        • Procedures :
          1. Getting GEN_SIM events in CMSSW_1_8_0_pre7.
          2. Mixing and HI tracking : Modifing Dipanwita's cfg
            • Mixing : CMSSW_1_8_0_pre7
            • HI tracking : CMSSW_1_5_4(?)
